Macro Photography

I like this photo that i have taken because i like the effect of the panels looking elongated and endless. I also like this photo because at a fist glance you wouldn't know what it is or where it was taking, and i like the idea of trying to figure it out. However i do wish i took the photo a bit more closer toward the panel and focused more so that i didn't have the un-focused effect at the front.

I like this photo because i like the way the light is hitting the leaves to give it that glossy look. Also the contrast in dark green and light green allow the berries to stand out and become the main focus of the photography, and because of this you are more focused to look at the detail on the berry. Although i would like the photo much more if the shot was more focused on the berries and only had them in the frame, but on the other hand the leaves in the background does make the photo more interesting because it is more to look at within the photo.

I like this photo because i like the light and dark contrast within the photo and the detail that you wouldn't see if the photo was taken from a distance. The fact that it is a macro shot giveS the image more power and interest rather than if it was taken from a distance. I also like the sharp angles and shadows in the photo which are being made by the twigs and branches and the sharp shadows are made by the angle and intensity of the lighting. This adds even more of a light and dark contrast within the photo to give it more interest.

I like this photo because i like how the light is hitting the bark to make it stand out from the back ground and add sharp shadows within the cracks of the bark to give it more interest and texture. The texture of the tree works well as a macro shot due of the amount of detail on the bark to make it an interesting shot. It is also clear what the main focal point of this photo is because the dark background gives the tree a 3-D effect. I also like that the tree doesn't take up the whole photo makes it more interesting because you can contrast between the focal point and background.

I like this photo because i like how the light hits the tips of the branches to make the image look beautiful and peaceful. I also like how the background is out of focus to make the tree stand out and make it the main focal point of the photo. The angle the photo is taken at is another effect i like, mainly because it is taken on the edge to give it the blurred back ground o make it stand out, rather than just taking a photo tree from straight on. This photo works great as a macro image because the branches are full of detail, texture and colour, which all add to make this photo work as well at it has. However the image would have been better if it was a bit more tighter.
